Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your NetaWin subscription at any time from your Billing page.

1. How cancellation works

Cancelling stops future auto-renewal but does not immediately revoke access — your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to a limited (Dormant) mode: no publishing, no SMS/WhatsApp sending, but your data and mini-site remain accessible.

2. Cancelling mid-cycle

If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, you retain full access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for. See our Refund Policy for whether a prorated refund applies.

3. Reactivation

A cancelled account can be reactivated at any time by resubscribing to a plan from your Billing page.

4. Account deletion vs. cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. To permanently delete your account and exercise your DPDP right-to-erasure, use the Data Export & Archival section in-app, or the Consent Self-Service Portal.
